Step 1.

Our technical sales staff and technical designers will gather all necessary information related to your project. You will be assigned a job number that will identify your job to any member of our team. This makes inquiries on projects simple. Our design team will then take your plans and ideas and, using the latest computer aided design software, develop a roof truss system that achieves the desired appearance and meets all building codes.

Step 2.

After the design phase is complete, you will receive a summary quote and, if required, a detailed layout of the roof system. Upon your approval, we will proceed with the final engineering required to produce the necessary plans for production.

Step 3.

Your job will be released to the manufacturing plant for production in time for your required delivery date. The job will then be delivered to your job site. By following the instructions provided, the system can be installed and sheathing applied. Our technical staff is always available to answer any questions.
